Ad Hoc Reporting

  • Integrated Census Tract Data: View detailed community characteristics—including low-income status, energy burden, unemployment rates, and disadvantaged community designation.
  • Project level Impact: Instantly determine if a project is in a Disadvantaged Community, using data from DOE & CEJST.
  • Visualize Impact: Visualize community data with an interactive map, allowing teams to understand the broader impact.Ease of reporting: Generate downloadable reports summarizing key impact metrics.

Fund Recipient Management

Once funds leave your organization and are distributed to recipients and subrecipients, tracking their impact and ensuring compliance becomes complex and time-consuming. Traditional methods—spreadsheets, disconnected grant management software, and manual reporting—are inefficient and prone to errors. Organizations need a seamless way to track and manage grants or funds without being bogged down by outdated systems.

We’re excited to introduce Banyan Infrastructure’s Fund Recipient Management, a powerful new feature that simplifies how funds are tracked, reported, and managed across subrecipients—ensuring every dollar is accounted for and properly utilized. Whether you’re a green bank, a fund of funds, or any organization disbursing capital, this tool provides the transparency and efficiency you need to meet reporting requirements and maximize impact. Key features include:

  • Tracking Grants and Disbursements: Monitor multiple disbursements made to subrecipients and Visualize disbursement flows and fund impact.
  • Automated Data Collection & Compliance: Seamlessly collect project-level data, compliance documentation, and impact metrics from subrecipients with integration.
  • Monitor Performance: Easily view a high-level portfolio snapshot of each sub-recipient performance and track key impact metrics, compliance deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  • Reporting: Easily compile and submit reports to federal or local regulatory bodies.

With Fund Recipient Management, organizations can efficiently manage subrecipient relationships, maintain compliance without the administrative burden, and gain deep insights into the real-world impact of their funding.

Standardized Templates for Data Collection

Ensuring compliance between lenders and borrowers is often a fragmented, manual process. Different data sources, scattered email chains, and missing information make it difficult to track reporting obligations—leading to delays, errors, and compliance risks.

With standardized templates for data collection, Banyan Infrastructure automates and streamlines the collection, validation, and approval of borrower data—ensuring compliance while reducing administrative burdens. Borrowers receive a pre-formatted Excel template to ensure structured data submission, reducing errors and manual processing. Templates are customizable to match lender requirements, enabling seamless compliance tracking without additional manual work. It also comes with pre-loaded templates, such as federal reporting, ensuring that all compliance reports follow consistent, regulator-approved formats, reducing the risk of missing data or incorrect submissions.

This new workflow offers a seamless, standardized process for all counterparties; even if they are not Banyan Infrastructure customers—they can benefit from submitting compliance data directly through the Counterparty Portal using standard reporting templates which include pre-defined due dates.

Usability Enhancements

Our primary goal is to improve the efficiency of crucial workflows in project finance. As such, we’re always making enhancements to improve the usability of our product, including the following enhancements:

  • New Financing Types: Banyan Infrastructure is always looking to accommodate new financing types into our platform, growing as our customers’ businesses grow. This quarter, we added the ability to track revolving lines of credit, construction loans, and more
